              Andrea stood at the birth of the Institute of Documentary Film, which she left in 2011 after 10-year leadership to found dok.incubator, a workshop focused on the development of documentaries in the rough-cut stage, with films regularly screened at prestigious festivals (14 at Sundance, 30 at IDFA)
