EQUITABLE CO-PRODUCING ON A GLOBAL STAGE

          16:00 - 16:45 Thursday 27th Mar 2025 / 45 min

A fascinating and important discussion in which filmmakers around the globe, from India, Brazil, France and Denmark with relevant experiences of global co-production discuss more equitable ways of working in partnership with each other to create new models of change, re-align values and shift the balance of power.

All are involved in forward thinking work in the field – including moderator Emile Hertling Péronard, whose deep experience of working with minority indigenous filmmakers brings another valuable dimension to the conversation. Emile was also involved in the 2024 Eave Report – which originated from a think tank of producers and experts looking at best practice and recommended ways of working to ensure inclusive and ethical co-productions for all parties.
