              Pieter-Jan De Pue

              Pieter-Jan De Pue (°1982) is an independent film maker, connected to Savage Film (BE). After his debut "The Land of the Enlightened", he is currently working on his second long feature documentary film "FOUR BROTHERS", a story about four brothers split up in the war in Ukraine.; Pieter-Jan De Pue is an independent film maker and graduated from the film academy RITS in Brussels in 2006. From 2007 on he started directing his first film The Land of the Enlightened in Afghanistan, and photographing for organizations such as the International Red Cross, Caritas International and the UN. The Land of the Enlightened has been released in 2016 at Sundance Film Festival.
