Public Transport: You can get to Absalon easily by public transport, as it is located on Sønder Blvd. near the Enghaveplads metro station. Bus route 11 also goes close by.

Parking: Parking options are available along the streets near Absalon, but they are limited and require payment.

Accessibility Guide

The venue is accessible for wheelchair users via an elevator in the backyard taking you to the bar and the ground floor.

The hall is accessible for wheelchairs via a stairlift operated by staff.

Accessible Floors: All floors at the venue are accessible, with the exception of the upper floor.
Wheelchair Seating: There is no limited number of wheelchair spaces.
Accessible Restrooms: There are accessible restrooms in the venue.

Companion:
All cinemas participating in CPH:DOX offer a companion policy. This means that a person with a disability who requires assistance can bring a companion free of charge upon presentation of a valid companion card. Companions must be at least 14 years old, as recommended by the Danish Disability Organizations.
If you have purchased a wheelchair-accessible ticket, the companion seat is automatically included.
If you have a disability requiring a companion but do not need a wheelchair, we recommend purchasing two tickets and then submitting the Companion Form to receive a refund for the companion ticket.
