              GUEST LIST & IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR COVERAGE:

              Please coordinate your coverage according to the premiere date and time of each film when reviewing world premieres. Unless agreed otherwise with the team, world premiere reviews are under embargo until the world premiere takes place.

              If you are covering CPH:FORUM, it is obligatory to consult with the pitching teams on what information you are allowed to publish.

              If you would like to conduct interviews or meet other festival guests on-site or online, you can find their contact information in our Guest List  here upon login with your Eventival account.               PRESS ACCREDITATION

              PRESS accreditation is restricted to critics and journalists covering the festival.

              Accreditation cost

              350 DKK (excl. 25% VAT)

              How to apply

              To apply for a PRESS accreditation, please create a CPH:DOX Eventival profile here, or log into your existing one and press ‘request accreditation’ to fill in the application form.

              The press accreditation application deadline was March 1, 2025. A fee of 250 DKK will be applied for accreditations requested after that date.

              A PRESS ACCREDITATION WILL GIVE YOU ACCESS TO:

              • CPH:DOX FILM & EVENTS PROGRAMME (March 19 – March 30): If you are an accredited journalist or film critic, you will have access to all film screenings and events in Copenhagen part of the CPH:DOX 2025 festival programme with a valid ticket upon scanning your accreditation. You can check out the programme and book tickets here after logging in with your Eventival account.
              • CPH:MARKET ONLINE FILM PLATFORM (March 19 – April 30): A selection of CPH:DOX 2025 films will be available to stream online on our CPH:MARKET platform upon login with your credentials.
              • CPH:MARKET Press & Industry Screenings (March 22-27): New to CPH:MARKET this year, film buyers, festival programmers, and press can start the day with their colleagues with the Press & Industry Screenings at Gloria Biograf. The screenings are arranged by rights holders at the festival, and take place between. Check the schedule for more information
              • CPH:CONFERENCE (March 19 – March 30): Our 5-day Conference curated and presented in partnership with leading European training initiative Documentary Campus will discuss the most urgent topics within the non-fiction industry. You can check out the programme and book tickets here. Recordings of each Conference session will be available on CPH:DOX’s website upon login after each session takes place.
              • INTER:ACTIVE EXHIBITION (March 19 – 30): The exhibition highlights the impact of emerging technologies on arts and society, featuring a diverse array of immersive and interactive works. Accredited guests are invited to experience the exhibition every day during the festival, located on the top floor of Kunsthal Charlottenborg. It is necessary to pre-book a time slot to access the works upon login here.
              • CPH:LAB prototype pop-up event (March 24)
              • CPH:INDUSTRY social events (March 24-27)
              • Guest List with contact details (upon login with your credentials) & access to meeting spaces

              PRESS DESK SERVICES AND HELP

              At the Festival Centre in Kunsthal Charlottenborg, you will find the Press and Info Desks, where accreditations can be collected during the opening hours (see below). 

              The CPH:DOX staff will be there to greet you, hand out your badge and help answer any questions you might have.
