              Anja Dziersk started her career as a TV journalist and film critic before joining German broadcaster SAT.1 in the department for acquisitions of films and series. In 2002, she and her partner Stefan Kloos founded the production company Kloos & Co. Medien. In 2008, they founded RISE AND SHINE.
