Accessibility Guide

At Røde Kors Frivillighus, there is great space and wheelchair accessibility. Therefore we haven’t designated specific wheelchair tickets for sale. We kindly ask you to purchase a regular ticket. However, we would appreciate being informed if you are using a wheelchair, so we can provide the best service upon your arrival. Please send this information via email to tickets@cphdox.dk.

There is access to an accessible toilet, where a lift is available to access the adjacent national office. There is a small 5 cm curb at the main entrance, but wheelchairs can easily navigate over it. We can open both doors if you have an extra-wide wheelchair.

The seats on the blue chairs are 43 cm. You can also sit on the “sitting steps,” and there are no width restrictions.

Ledsager: Of course, CPH:DOX has a companion arrangement, allowing you to bring a companion for free to your desired screening. If you need a companion seat, please contact us at tickets@cphdox.dk.
