Derren has helped to launch TV channels, production divisions, and the first Black UK radio station. His BBC tenure saw him pioneer documentary and digital projects for 1Xtra, BBC One, BBC Three and Global iPlayer. Before DARE Pictures, his most recent roles were Creative Director and Commissioner.
