Rebecca Merlic / Austria, Germany & Thailand / Game / 2023 / 0 min
GLITCHBODIES:is an experimental game project that explores body transformations, LGBTQ+Draq and intimate sensitive representations of the 59 protagonists and aims to bring them to a wider audience. It is a play of transformation, a catwalk of vogeuism, exhibitionism & voyeurism.
GLITCHBODIES is an inclusive multiplatform project that portraits more than 59 international protagonists from Vienna, Munich, Zagreb, Hamburg, London, Bangkok, Berlin, and Tokyo who co-created a parallel GLITCHBODIES-verse with me. Created through collaborations and rituals
GLITCHBODIES explores new forms of feminism, LGBTQ+, Drag transformations and intimate
sensitive representations of the protagonists and aims to bring them to a wider audience.
GLITCHBODIES responds to socio-political factors as well as to the very male-dominated world of video games by creating an interactive digital experience. As more protagonists gather in GLITCHBODIES, the resolution of gender in the world rises higher and higher.
