The cultural center is designed for easy access to both the upper and lower levels, including for individuals with mobility impairments or wheelchair users.

Elevator: An elevator to the basement is located just inside the main entrance.

Restrooms: Accessible restrooms are available in the basement, accessible via stairs or elevator.

Seating: There are no fixed wheelchair-accessible seats – seating is assigned based on ticket reservations.
