          Directions

          Public Transport: DR Koncerthuset is located at Ørestads Boulevard 13, Copenhagen S, and there are good transportation options. You can take the metro to DR Byen using M3 or buses 33 and 68.

          Parking: DR has collaborated with Q-Park, which oversees the parking lot by the metro. Please note that parking must be prepaid. This means that you purchase parking for a specific time period at the ticket machine. Parking can be prepaid at the ticket machines on the parking lot by entering the car’s registration number. Alternatively, parking can be paid through the EasyPark app.

          Accessibility Guide

          The venue is accessible for wheelchair users.

          Accessible floors: All floors of the venue are accessible.
          Wheelchair spaces: There are 16 wheelchair spaces in the Concert Hall. In Studio 2, there are 4–6 wheelchair spaces, depending on the seating arrangement. In Studios 3 and 4, there are 2–4 wheelchair spaces, depending on the seating arrangement.
          Accessible restrooms: Accessible restrooms are available on site.

          Although the venue is accessible, we would appreciate being informed if you use a wheelchair so that we can provide you with the best possible service upon your arrival. Please send this information via email to tickets@cphdox.dk.

          Companion:
          All cinemas participating in CPH:DOX offer a companion policy. This means that a person with a disability who requires assistance can bring a companion free of charge upon presentation of a valid companion card. Companions must be at least 14 years old, as recommended by the Danish Disability Organizations.
          If you have purchased a wheelchair-accessible ticket, the companion seat is automatically included.
          If you have a disability requiring a companion but do not need a wheelchair, we recommend purchasing two tickets and then submitting the Companion Form to receive a refund for the companion ticket.
