              Accessibility Guide

              Accessible Restroom: We have an accessible restroom available for guests who need it.

              Seating: Our seating consists of standard chairs that can be arranged as needed. Wheelchair users are welcome, and we can arrange seating accordingly—please contact us in advance so we can ensure the best possible experience.

              Companion:
              All cinemas participating in CPH:DOX offer a companion policy. This means that a person with a disability who requires assistance can bring a companion free of charge upon presentation of a valid companion card. Companions must be at least 14 years old, as recommended by the Danish Disability Organizations.
              If you have purchased a wheelchair-accessible ticket, the companion seat is automatically included.
              If you have a disability requiring a companion but do not need a wheelchair, we recommend purchasing two tickets and then submitting the Companion Form to receive a refund for the companion ticket.
