Intern for CPH:DOX’ streaming platform PARA:DOX

As an intern at PARA:DOX, you will help run CPH:DOX's streaming platform, develop new formats, and organize the digital festival in 2026, which will bring the festival's best films to a nationwide audience.

PARA:DOX is CPH:DOX’s year-round streaming platform for documentary films. Here, users can rent films from previous festivals for DKK 49 each, and with an annual membership to KLUB:DOX, it is possible to stream unlimited films.

PARA:DOX is also home to the digital edition of CPH:DOX, which takes place every year in the weeks following the physical festival in March. Here, users can watch most of the films from this year’s festival for a limited period and vote for the audience award.

We are looking for an intern who, in close collaboration with the streaming platform’s project manager, can help with:

          • Curating films, topics, and formats on the platform
          • Reviewing and uploading new films and handling video files
          • Maintaining the platform’s front page in WordPress
          • Settling accounts and paying royalties to rights holders
          • Performing administrative tasks as they arise

          We offer:

          • Hands-on and versatile experience with a streaming platform (from technology to curation)
          • Insight into digital project management and administration in the cultural sector
          • The opportunity to work as part of a passionate and international team that is passionate about film and culture
          • Free streaming and access to the physical edition of CPH:DOX

          Practical information:

          • Start date and duration are flexible, but preferably in March-April so that the period overlaps with the digital festival.
          • Part-time or full-time with flexibility in relation to your studies.
          • This is an unpaid internship that must fit in with your study program.

Send your CV and a short letter of motivation to the project manager for PARA:DOX, Simon Ørberg, at simon@cphdox.dk. We are conducting interviews on an ongoing basis.
