Who Gets the Land? — Lunch Screening
Join us for an introduction ahead of the screening of 'Our Land', followed by a shared lunch in partnership with Grønt Marked. A relaxed way to ease into the themes of the film and spend the afternoon together.
Join us for an afternoon that brings food, film, and conversation together. Before the screening of ‘Our Land’, there will be a short introduction, offering some context and opening up the themes of the film. Then we’ll sit down for lunch made specifically for this event in partnership with Grønt Marked.
Grønt Marked is a Copenhagen-based non-profit working to build a community-driven alternative food system, connecting city life with small-scale, sustainable producers from Zealand, Bornholm, Fyn, and Skåne. Since 2019, they’ve focused on closing the gap between farm and fork, supporting transparent, environmentally responsible farming and creating direct relationships between producers and the people who eat their food. Their work is rooted in seasonality, care for ecosystems, animal welfare, and the belief that food systems should be social, local, and shared.
For this event, those values carry over into a communal lunch: seasonal ingredients, thoughtful sourcing, and a relaxed setting. After lunch and the introduction, the film screening begins.
A low-key way to spend an afternoon. Eat well, learn something new, and watch a film, all in one go.
