'The Mum in Me' + Debate: The battle for women's fertility

‘The Mum in Me’ + Debate: The battle for women’s fertility

Fertility in Denmark is declining rapidly, and involuntary infertility has become a common disease. At the same time, more and more people are choosing not to have children at all.

Together doctor and professor mso, whose primary research is on fertility and reproductive health, Lone Schmidt, the film’s director, Hilde Haug, and Giovanna Ottolini from the project ‘Women without Children’, we discuss society’s expectations of a woman’s role as a mother – and not least all the expectations associated with women’s fertility.

The debate will be moderated by journalist at Politiken, Laura Aller Jónasdóttir.
