What happens to art when it's on display in public space - and in the air above us - rather than in a glass frame behind the closed doors of museums?
After the film we turn our attention to the diverse underground art scene, to global street culture and to the risk-taking required by these environments to get art out and about. After all, isn’t access to free art one of the most democratising things you can get away with?
