              Live recordings, everyday notes and vocal music intertwine in an audiovisual project where every digital line and musical note are creative expressions of a shared grief.  

              An undefined faceless person moves restlessly and rapidly through different landscapes, while a mixture of live recordings, vocal music and everyday notes surround him in a dystopian, apocalyptic and hopeful universe of sound. The character is taken on an introspective, cinematic journey through a series of hyper-fabricated realities that together depict the endless wanderings of a searching soul through various stages of loneliness, ecstasy and ultimately, grief. ‘Sofina’ is an audiovisual project consisting of both a film and an album. It is the debut from the collaborative group ‘A Good Year’, consisting of video artist Albert Hildebrand and composer and producer Tobias Laust, known from bands such as Liss and Goss. The creation of the project has been a grieving process on the road to healing after the loss of a dear mutual friend.
