Casa
Caroline Benarrosh / France / 2025 / World Premiere / 85 min
A group of 20-year-olds from tough backgrounds pursue their fashion dreams at Casa 93, a unique institute offering a last chance for some and a new beginning for others, capturing their transformative journey through an extraordinary year.
Their names are Lobai, Mathis, Chloé, Le Grain, Émilie… They’re between 18 and 25, with no formal training and huge dreams. Brought up with social media, they want the same life as their icons. To have it all. To be noticed. But if they weren’t born on the right side of the tracks, they have unformatted creativity and determination.
CASA 93 is their chance—the second for some, the last for others. It’s a demanding fashion school, free and accessible without any diploma requirements, based in the suburbs of Paris. Their daily lives are precarious, their equilibrium fragile, but here, they try to cling to life with thread and needles. Whether they succeed or fail, their metamorphosis is underway.
