Inunnguaq Petrussen

Inunnguaq Petrussen is the new Head of the Film Institute of Greenland. He holds a Master of Social Sciences in Public Administration (Cand.Scient.Adm) from the University of Greenland. An award‑winning musician, singer, and songwriter, Inunnguaq has also built a significant career in politics, serving as party secretary and political advisor across three different parties over the past decade. In addition to his artistic and political work, Inunnguaq is known for his longstanding advocacy for artists in Greenland. He has served as Chair of the Musicians’ Association as well as Chair of the national umbrella organization for artists.
