          CPH:DOX, Copenhagen International Documentary Film Festival, er en af Danmarks største årlige kulturbegivenheder med over 150.000 gæster og en af verdens største festivaler for dokumentarfilm.

          Festivalen er samtidig en international branchebegivenhed med over 2.000+ branchegæster og en massiv interesse fra danske og internationale medier. Vi har kontor i Kødbyen på Vesterbro og tilbyder løbende praktikpladser i en række afdelinger. Festivalen afholdes fra 11.-22. marts 2026.           Digital redaktør / kommunikationsmedarbejder til CPH:DOX og BUSTER

          Vil du være med til at formidle nogle af verdens vigtigste historier gennem dokumentarfilm og være med til at skabe refleksion, dialog og nye perspektiver hos et bredt publikum gennem stærk digital kommunikation?

          Fonden De Københavnske Filmfestivaler står bag Danmarks største filmfestivaler CPH:DOX og BUSTER. CPH:DOX er en af verdens førende dokumentarfilmfestivaler og præsenterer hvert år et ambitiøst program af film, debatter, events og kunstprojekter i krydsfeltet mellem film, samfund og nye fortælleformer.

          Vi søger nu en digital redaktør, der kan tage ansvar for vores digitale tilstedeværelse på tværs af platforme og være med til at udvikle og drive vores kommunikation året rundt.

          Om stillingen
          Som digital redaktør bliver du en central del af kommunikations- og marketingteamet i Fonden De Københavnske Filmfestivaler. Teamet består i dag af en kommunikations- og marketingchef og en marketingansvarlig, og derudover arbejder vi løbende sammen med freelancere – herunder pressemedarbejdere, grafikere og videografer – samt praktikanter.
          Du får ansvar for at sikre en sammenhængende, skarp og engagerende digital kommunikation – fra website og nyhedsbreve til sociale medier og community-initiativer.

          Du kommer til at arbejde både strategisk, redaktionelt og hands-on med indholdsproduktion, struktur, brugerrejser og drift af vores digitale platforme, og du vil få en vigtig koordinerende rolle på tværs af organisationen.
          I perioden august til og med december 2026 vil der være et midlertidigt teamlederansvar, da Kommunikations- og Marketingchefen er på barsel. I denne periode vil du få et udvidet ansvar for koordinering og prioritering af teamets opgaver og gennemførelsen af kommunikations- og marketingsplanerne.

          Dine opgaver vil bl.a. være at:

          • Planlægge, producere og publicere indhold til web, nyhedsbreve og sociale medier
          • Sikre en stærk og konsistent tone of voice på tværs af kanaler
          • Drive og udvikle vores websites (CPH:DOX, BUSTER m.fl.) – herunder CMS, struktur og SEO
          • Udarbejde og udsende nyhedsbreve samt arbejde med segmentering og automatiserede mail-flows
          • Koordinere indhold og kommunikationsindsatser på tværs af organisationen
          • Optimere brugerrejser og informationsarkitektur
          • Analysere performance og bidrage med indsigt i målgrupper og brugeradfærd
          • Understøtte og udvikle community-initiativer som KLUB:DOX

          Vi forestiller os, at du:

          • Er en stærk formidler og skriver klart, præcist og engagerende
          • Har sans for både detaljer og helhed i digitale brugeroplevelser
          • Har erfaring med CMS (fx WordPress, Craft eller lignende)
          • Har arbejdet med nyhedsbreve og CRM-systemer (fx Mailchimp)
          • Har kendskab til SEO og digital struktur
          • Trives i krydsfeltet mellem indhold, teknik og koordinering
          • Arbejder struktureret og bevarer overblikket – også når tempoet er højt

          Det er en fordel, hvis du også:

          • Har erfaring fra kultur-, festival- eller mediebranchen
          • Har kompetencer inden for produktion af grafik-, foto og måske videoproduktion
          • Har interesse for UX/UI og digitale trends

          PRAKTIKANT TIL UNDERVISNINGSPROGRAMMET UNG:DOX

          Som del af CPH:DOX’s undervisningsprogram, UNG:DOX, er du med til at skræddersy årets film- og debatprogram til landets ungdomsuddannelser.

          Hvert år under CPH:DOX festivalen træder mange tusinde elever ind i Københavns og resten af landets biografer og særlige venues for at se dokumentarfilm med deres klasse, årgang eller hele skole. Her får de et spændende og alsidigt bidrag til deres undervisning.

          UNG:DOX lægger hvert år et stort arbejde i et kontinuerligt samarbejde med lærere, uddannelsesledere og rektorer. Vi udvælger de bedste fagrelevante dokumentarfilm fra det overordnede program og formidler og vejleder i hvilke film, der giver mest mening for dem at vælge ud fra deres faglige behov. Herudover programlægger vi et fast program med filmvisninger og oplæg, der hver især målrettes specifikke fags læreplaner og interesseområder. Programmet ligger i skoletidens timer under festivalen i marts måned.

          Pr. 2025 tilbyder UNG:DOX også visninger på andre tider af året, så man som ungdomsuddannelse kan booke film og oplæg, så det passer til tematiske forløb og kan tilpasses uddannelsens årshjul.

          UNG:DOX er en alsidig afdeling, hvor du får erfaring med mange sider af festivalarbejdet på én gang, herunder at udvælge fagrelevante og aktuelle dokumentarfilm, finde dygtige eksperter, der kan udfolde dokumentarens pointer som oplægsholdere eller i en talk, og ikke mindst afvikle arrangementerne under CPH:DOX. UNG:DOX er en del af CPH:DOX’s programafdeling.

          UNG:DOX søger en praktikant, der i samarbejde med resten af redaktionen kan stå for:

          • At gennemse og diskutere mulige fagrelevante film.
          • Holde kontinuerlig kontakt til mange samarbejdspartnere, arrangere møder og indsamle kvalitativ viden på lærerne og elevernes behov og vilkår samt tænke i nye samarbejdsmuligheder.
          • Idéudvikling, produktion og arrangering af filmvisninger, events, debatter og talks.
          • Afvikling af arrangementer i biografer og sær-venues.
          • Formidling, outreach og salg: at formidle det færdige arrangementsprogram til landets ungdomsuddannelser.
          • Da al kommunikationen med ungdomsuddannelserne foregår på dansk, er gode dansk-kundskaber et krav.

          FORUM INTERNSHIP

          The Industry Department is in charge of activities aimed toward the wide range of film professionals and emerging talents attending the festival. As an intern, you will get a unique insight into the international documentary film community, its institutions and key players and learn about how film projects are matched with the right partners, investors, sales agents and distributors. The department is divided into groups that collaborate on a number of projects, including:

          • CPH:FORUM: Interns will assist in scouting film projects in development and production from across the world, assist with the project application process, communicate with selected producers and directors, and take part in the research of and communication with international film financiers, broadcasters and other stakeholders attending the event. They will assist in the planning and production of a 4-day high paced event.

           

          REQUIREMENTS:

          • Independence, a sense of ownership, responsibility, a high level of organisational skills and attention to detail are key competencies needed. A collaborative spirit, open communication and eagerness to learn are also important values and assets within the department. 
          • Full proficiency in written and spoken English is required. The ability to speak Danish is not required.

          TIMELINE

          • CPH:FORUM internship period runs from October 2026 to April 15, 2027
          • An additional internship period runs from February 1, 2027 to April 30 or June 30, 2027

          LAB INTERNSHIP

          The Industry Department is in charge of activities aimed toward the wide range of film professionals and emerging talents attending the festival. As an intern, you will get a unique insight into the international documentary film community, its institutions and key players and learn about how film projects are matched with the right partners, investors, sales agents and distributors. The department is divided into groups that collaborate on a number of projects, including:

          • CPH:LAB Interns will participate in the production of an innovative professional training program, communicate with the mentors and participants, see the production of two onsite and online workshops, and participate in the communication of the program, documenting it on the web and in a printed catalogue.

           

          REQUIREMENTS: 

          • Independence, a sense of ownership, responsibility, a high level of organisational skills and attention to detail are key competencies needed. A collaborative spirit, open communication and eagerness to learn are also important values and assets within the department. 
          • Full proficiency in written and spoken English is required. The ability to speak Danish is not required.

          TIMELINE:

          • CPH:LAB internship runs in two periods: Period 1 runs from August 2026 to December 2026 and Period 2 is from December 2026 to May 30, 2027. This can also be a longer internship running Sept. 2026 to April 30, 2027.

          CONFERENCE INTERNSHIP

          The Industry Department is in charge of activities aimed toward the wide range of film professionals and emerging talents attending the festival. As an intern, you will get a unique insight into the international documentary film community, its institutions and key players and learn about how film projects are matched with the right partners, investors, sales agents and distributors. The department is divided into groups that collaborate on a number of projects, including:

          • CPH:CONFERENCE Interns will see how a big international conference is organised, and what needs to be prepared in terms of the technical equipment, locations, presentation media gathering, schedules and timetables. They will communicate with speakers and curators, assist in the preparation of the production plans, coordinate a team of volunteers, prepare the venue and document the event

           

          REQUIREMENTS:

          • Independence, a sense of ownership, responsibility, a high level of organisational skills and attention to detail are key competencies needed. A collaborative spirit, open communication and eagerness to learn are also important values and assets within the department. 
          • Full proficiency in written and spoken English is required. The ability to speak Danish is not required.

          INDUSTRY INTERNSHIP

          The Industry Department is in charge of activities aimed toward the wide range of film professionals and emerging talents attending the festival. As an intern, you will get a unique insight into the international documentary film community, its institutions and key players and learn about how film projects are matched with the right partners, investors, sales agents and distributors. The department is divided into groups that collaborate on a number of projects, including:

          • CPH:INDUSTRY (including International Delegations & INTRO:DOX): Interns will assist in organizing different networking and social events. The range of tasks is spread over the planning before and during the events. The tasks include communication with key speakers and partners, production of the event and assisting during the day of the event.

          REQUIREMENTS:

          • Independence, a sense of ownership, responsibility, a high level of organisational skills and attention to detail are key competencies needed. A collaborative spirit, open communication and eagerness to learn are also important values and assets within the department. 
          • Full proficiency in written and spoken English is required. The ability to speak Danish is not required.

          GUEST INTERNSHIP

          The Guest Department handles the travel and accommodation of more than 1,000 international guests as well as the several hundreds of guests connected to the Danish film industry. You will get a unique insight into the festival world and production including project management skills and competencies.

          As an intern you will support the Guest Department by liaising with international industry guests, coordinating travel, accommodation, and accreditation, and welcoming and assisting guests at the festival centre Info Desk during the festival.

          REQUIREMENTS:

          • You will work closely with key visitors from the Danish and international film industry, making strong communication skills, organisation, and attention to detail essential.
          • Full proficiency in written and spoken English is required. The ability to speak Danish is not required.

          TIMELINE:

          • The internship period runs from December 2026 to March, 2027.

          INDUSTRY GRAPHIC DESIGN INTERNSHIP

          The Industry Department oversees activities aimed toward the wide range of film professionals and emerging talents attending the festival. As an intern, you will get a unique insight into the international documentary film community, its institutions and key players. 

          The Industry Graphic Design Intern will assist in creating graphic assets for print, social media, and other channels, ensuring consistency with CPH:DOX’s annual visual identity. The Industry Department produces a 200 page Industry Catalogue, as well as other printed materials such as wayfinding signage and a leaflet, digital assets, and slides for social and networking events.

          REQUIREMENTS:

          • Independence, a sense of ownership, responsibility, a high level of organisational skills and attention to detail are key competencies needed. A collaborative spirit, open communication and eagerness to learn are also important values and assets within the department. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) is highly preferred. 
          • The ability to speak Danish is not a requirement.

          TIMELINE:

          • The internship period runs from January to March, 2027.

          INTER:ACTIVE EXHIBITION INTERNSHIP

          The INTERACTIVE Exhibition is the annual XR and new media exhibition that takes place during the 12 days of the festival. It is a public exhibition open to the audience and invited guests where approximately 9-12 artworks from international emerging and established XR artists are exhibited.The Inter:Active exhibition is an ongoing exploration of creativity and technology. Each year we examine a different aspect of the impact of emerging tech on arts and society through a carefully-curated selection of recent immersive and interactive work, created in a variety of media.

          You will get a unique insight into the festival world and production including project management skills and competencies.

          You will be in direct contact with some of the most important artists  from the Danish and international XR  industry. It is therefore important that you have good communication skills (ability to speak Danish is not required), that you are well-organised and have attention to detail.

          As an exhibition intern you will help with the following tasks

          • Communication with artists and handling their production needs and plans
          • Website updates with all exhibition material and announcements
          • Exhibition programme coordination
          • Hosting arrangement in CPH for the exhibiting artists
          • Event production and exhibition set-up
          • Reporting and evaluation preparation
          • Research for potential partners / sponsors
          • Help run the exhibition during the opening hours

          REQUIREMENTS:
