Composition of Panels
At CPHDOX, we strive to create meaningful and nuanced conversations that reflect the festival’s core values: curiosity, dialogue, diversity, and relevance. When assembling our panels, we aim to ensure a broad range of perspectives—considering gender, ethnicity, nationality, social background, and geographic representation.
We believe that documentary films should not only be experienced but also discussed. That is why we curate our debates and talks to bring different voices into play, fostering reflection and engagement. When selecting panelists, we seek to balance expertise, personal experiences, and artistic perspectives to provide the audience with a rich and multifaceted experience.
At CPHDOX we offer honorariums to all moderators participating in our events. However, as a general rule, panelists do not receive an honorarium for their participation in debates and discussions. Exceptions may be made in certain cases.
The DOX:CONNECT project, our Youth Editorial Team and DOX:DANMARK are funded through additional grants, allowing us to compensate both moderators and panelists for their contributions to these specific initiatives.
