Sine Plambech

Dr. Sine Plambech is an anthropologist & film director. Her films and research explore migration, gender, human rights and global inequality. With the feature Heartbound co-directed with Janus Metz she stepped onto the international documentary film scene. In production with new feature RESCUE.; Sine Plambech is an anthropologist and award-winning film director of Heartbound (World premier at TIFF 2018) with Janus Metz, Love on Delivery (2008) with Janus Metz, Ticket to Paradise (2008) with Janus Metz, Trafficking (2010) with Judith Lansade and Becky's Journey (2014). As Senior Researcher at DIIS, she documents international migration, sex work and human trafficking.
