Mari Bakke Riise has made award- winning documentaries over the last 15 years. Kayayo – The Living Shopping Baskets won 17 first prizes and was shortlisted for an Oscar at the Academy Awards. She produced A New Kind of Wilderness which was in won the Grand Jury Prize at Sundance and 12 more awards.
