Jeppe Kaas

Trained as a trumpet player at Tivoligarden and the Rhythmic Music Conservatory and subsequently, musician in various bands, throughout the 1990s and 2000s, Jeppe Kaas has worked with sound and music for many years. Kaas had his debut as a film composer in 1988 and his first composer job on a feature film was ‘Kærlighed ved første hik’ in 1999. He has since then primarily made a living as a film composer and is behind a long list of iconic scores. Most recently, he was nominated for a Robert Award in 2026 for his score for ‘The Last Viking’.
