Charlotte runs her own consultancy. She collaborates with Film Lab Zanzibar, Film Lab Palestine, the TanzAnimation Program, the AFRICA ENGAGE Program and initiates Training, Film Development and Festival Events. Previously, Film Commissioner and Head of Department at the Danish Film Institute.
