          CPH:DOX Code Of Conduct

          Welcome to CPH:DOX!

At CPH:DOX, we’re committed to creating a festival experience built on creativity, respect, and inclusivity. Our Code of Conduct ensures that every screening, talk, and gathering is a space where everyone feels safe, valued, and respected. Thank you for helping us foster an environment of kindness, collaboration, and integrity.

          Code of Conduct Overview
This Code applies to all staff, volunteers, guests, and affiliates (“participants”) of CPH:DOX. We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment, free from discrimination and harassment of any kind. Bullying, harassment, hate crimes, and inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated. Participants are expected to interact with respect and integrity, maintaining confidentiality where required.

          Commitment to Equality
We value diversity and work towards a culture of respect. Discrimination based on race, gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic will not be tolerated. Participants must adhere to the highest standards of conduct, both in professional and personal interactions.

          Enforcement
Any violation of this Code will result in immediate action. Breaches may lead to warnings, sanctions, exclusion from events, or even legal action. CPH:DOX reserves the right to revoke entry or accreditation without notice or refund for any violations.

          Reporting Violations
If you experience or witness misconduct, please report it promptly to safety@cphfilmfestivals.dk. Your safety and well-being are our priority.
