‘The Labour of Pain and Joy’ + Talk: To The Moon, Honey on giving birth at home

Join the podcast To The Moon, Honey as we talk about home births and the rights of the woman giving birth.

In Denmark, it is a woman’s free choice whether to give birth at home, but the stakes are still high, and as recently as December, a midwife had her license revoked after a high-risk home birth. Bea Fagerholt, host of the motherhood podcast To The Moon, Honey, takes the stage after the film screening and welcomes you to a postpartum conversation about home births, risks and rights in the company of midwife Camilla Brinch and school teacher Vibe Fangel-Hansen, who has given birth to all three of her boys at home – the first time with the convicted midwife by her side.

The conversation is presented in collaboration with To The Moon, Honey.
