Barly Tshibanda was born and raised in Kinshasa, Congo. he received his education from the Academie des Beaux-Arts Kinshasa and INA (Institut de Kinshasa), and is currently studying at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts, Denmark. His practice is centered around decolonization process, Antiborder regime
