Liz Shorten

Liz Shorten has been working to build capacity in the film, television and digital media sectors for over 25 years. In her role as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at the CMPA, Liz leads staff and oversees organizational operations across the association’s offices in Ottawa, Toronto and Vancouver.
