A dark film from the hard core of the Colombian queer community, haunted by the ghosts of its young dead. A generational portrait painted on a pitch black canvas, and one of the great cinematic breakthroughs of the last year.
+ An evening with queer horror films + wine
The youth editorial board invites you to move close together in Cinemateket's soft chairs when Andrea Coloma (festival director and programmer for the Danish LGBTQ+ film festival MIX) and Søren Thilo Funder (film artist and PhD student in political art, relating to horror) opens a conversation about the potential of queer and horror films, horror as a genre can be used as a vessel for queer resistance. The conversation is moderated by Tanja In Wol Sørensen, candidate in Visual Anthropology and director behind the CPH:DOX documentary 'A Colombian family'. The embassy of Colombia serves wine after the screening. This event is presented together with MIX CPH LGBTQ+ Film Festival.
