How do I access the online festival?
All Industry activities will take place on our brand new Industry Online Platform. From April 21 accredited guests will be able to access the activities via our website here using their Eventival login.

You will find detailed information about the different Industry activities here on our website by navigating the menu bar above. You can see a detailed Industry schedule here and see below for more specific questions and answers on the various Industry activities .

Will there be physical events happening during the festival?
Facing the challenges of the Covid-19 crises, this year’s festival is going to be available on CPH:DOX’ online platform from 21 April to 5 May with its CPH:INDUSTRY events unspooling 23-30. From 6-12 May, a selection of films will be screened in cinemas in Copenhagen.

If the restrictions allow for the opening of the cinemas during the festival, can I attend those screenings with my accreditation?
If you are in Copenhagen, you can obtain one ticket per film for the CPH:DOX Industry Screenings taking place from May 6 in cinemas. Please note that the accreditation only grants access to screenings before 16:00 on weekdays and is not valid for evening and weekend screenings. It is not possible to prebook tickets for screenings via the online platform. Tickets can be obtained at the box office of the cinema where the film is screening by showing your virtual badge that you will automatically receive via email before May 2.

Can I watch films on the online cinema with my accreditation?
The online streaming platform doxonline.dk is for the public and not covered by the accreditation. You can watch the vast majority of the films from this year’s programme at CPH:MARKET. 

How can I watch the films that are not on CPH:MARKET?
You can buy single tickets for the films not available at the CPH:Market for 49 DKK. Please note, that the online platform  doxonline.dk can only be accessed from Denmark.

Will I receive the Industry catalogue and the programme catalogue even though I’m not attending the festival physically?
The industry catalogue is exclusive for Forum or Industry accredited guests and has been shared via email as a downloadable pdf file.

Can I buy any merchandise of the festival?
Yes! Check out our merchandise here. Please be aware we only ship to Denmark.

How do I subscribe to CPH:DOX newsletter and stay up to date with news of the festival?
You can subscribe to our newsletter here. It is released once a week leading up to the festival and daily during the festival!

How do I access the online Industry activities?
All Industry activities will take place on our brand new Industry Online Platform. From April 21 accredited guests will be able to access the activities via our website here using their Eventival login.

How can I attend the CPH:FORUM presentations
CPH:FORUM is exclusively for Forum accredited guests. CPH:FORUM Presentations and individual meetings will take place Monday to Wednesday 26-28 April 15:00-19:00 CET on our Industry Online Platform accessible via our website for Forum accredited guests using their Eventival login.

How can I read more about the Forum projects?
Here you will find an overview of this year’s selected Forum Projects. From April 21 you will be able to access the detailed project descriptions on our Industry Online Platform accessible via our website using your Eventival login if you have a Forum accreditation.

How are the pre-arranged meetings taking place?
Pre-arranged one-to-one meetings between the pitch teams and invited decision makers will take place Wednesday to Friday 28-30 April 09:00-14:00 CET as well as Thursday and Friday 29-30 April 15:00-20:00 CET. Individual meeting schedules will be communicated directly the week before the Forum.

How can I book my own meetings during CPH:FORUM?
You can contact other festival delegates via our online delegate list Who is Here and set up meetings which can be held in our Meeting Lobby on Zoom, where there will always be someone from the CPH:DOX team ready to guide you to an individual breakout meeting room. The Meeting Lobby is accessible via the Industry Online Platform on our website Monday to Friday 26-30 April 12:00-14:00 and 15:00-17:00 CET.

How do I get access to CPH:MARKET?
CPH:MARKET is accessible for all industry accredited professionals at CPH:DOX’s Cinando Video Library here, using your Eventival login. Please keep in mind that if you have acquired your accreditation after the accreditation deadline (April 12), you may experience a slight delay in getting access to CPH:MARKET. ‘

What is the period that CPH:MARKET is available?
The CPH:MARKET selection will be available from the first day of the festival on 21 April until 30 days after the end of festival on 1 June 2021.

Is it possible to remove the watermark from the film when watching it on CPH:MARKET?
No. The watermark generated is a part of Cinandos overall security as a platform. The watermark is an important component for many of the filmmakers, helping to secure the digital screenings of their films.

There are films in the festival programme that are not on CPH:MARKET. How can I watch these?
The vast majority of the films in this year’s selection can be found on CPH:MARKET. Unfortunately it is not possible to watch the films that are not on CPH:MARKET with an accreditation. You can buy single tickets for these films for 49 DKK at our streaming platform doxonline.dk . Please note that the platform is not accessible from abroad.

How do I get access to CPH:CONFERENCE?
Accredited guests will have access to the full Conference live and for 30+ days replay until 1 June 2021, on the Industry Online platform accessible via our website using your Eventival login.

How do I attend the mingling sessions?
For each Conference day the programme will be followed by 1 hour of mingling for all participants. The link to join the mingling session can be found in the Conference section on the Industry Online platform accessible via our website using your Eventival login.

How do I get access to the Interactive Symposium?
The INTER:ACTIVE SYMPOSIUM will take place on Friday 23 April 15:00-20:10 CET and is accessible online for all accredited guests. You need to get a ticket to the symposium here – 24 hours before the screening you will receive a direct link to join the event at the scheduled date and time.

What is included in CPH:HUB
CPH:HUB is our brand new business and networking platform, intended to keep industry professionals up to date with the current market, foster international collaboration and expand international networks. CPH:HUB activities include Dox Daily, Delegations, CPH:MARKET Meetings: Meet the Nominees, Meeting Lobby and Social Events. Read more here.

How do I get access to CPH:HUB?
CPH:HUB activities are available for all industry accredited professionals on the Industry Online platform accessible via our website using your Eventival login.

How do I get tickets for cinema screenings?
Tickets can be obtained at the box office of the cinema where the film is screening by showing your virtual badge that you will automatically receive via email before May 2. With your accreditation you can obtain one ticket per film to the CPH:DOX Industry Screenings taking place between May 6-12. Note that the accreditation only grants access to screenings before 16:00 on weekdays and is not valid for evening and weekend screenings. Can I pre-book tickets for cinema screenings?
Due to the Covid-restrictions and limited capacity it is not possible to pre-book tickets in advance for this year’s festival screenings.

How do I access the online delegate list?
The online delegate list is available to all accredited guests from 1 April to 1 June. By logging into your CPH:DOX profile and enter the ‘Who is Here’ module

How can I download the delegate list?
You can download the delegate list as an excel sheet by entering the ‘Who Is Here’ module. Under the “filter people box”, you will see a blue bottom that says “ download as an excel sheet”.

Why  can I not see the emails of delegates when I download the delegate list?
Emails are not visible in the export as we can not share the emails of our guests. You need to contact guests individually through the Who is Here platform.

How does the messaging work when emails are not displayed on the platform?
You can contact fellow guests directly from the Who is Here module. Your message will automatically be sent to the guests email, who will be able to reply directly to you by email.

I want to be visible on the delegate list but I prefer not to be contacted by other festival guests. How do I disable this function?
When you are registering for your accreditation you can select the option not to share your email with other festival guests.

What does my accreditation give me access to?
Accreditations are available to industry professionals of relevant backgrounds and offered in four different categories. You can find more information about the specific accreditations here.

What is the deadline for purchasing an accreditation?
The deadline for purchasing an accreditation is 12 April. Be mindful that it can take up to 48 hours for our staff to approve your accreditation, before it is ready for payment.

Can I still purchase an accreditation after the deadline?
Yes. However, the processing time of your accreditation may take longer as we are occupied with the execution of the festival. Therefore we highly recommend purchasing your accreditation before the deadline in order to secure your access to the festival in a timely manner.

My accreditation is approved but I still don’t have access to the festival?
You will only be able to get access to the festival once your accreditation is approved and paid. To pay your accreditation, log into your CPH:DOX profile and enter the Accreditation module and click ‘Pay by DIBS’ and follow the payment instructions. Once we have received your payment, you will receive a confirmation of your accreditation.

I bought my accreditation during the festival days. It is approved and paid but I still don’t have access to CPH:MARKET?
Due to processing time, it can take up to 24 hours from the moment you have paid your accreditation until you have the full access to CPH:MARKET. We therefore strongly encourage guests to purchase their accreditation well in advance to secure direct access and a smooth festival experience.

Can I get my accreditation refunded?
We have a no refund policy.

I am unable to attend the festival, can I transfer my accreditation to a colleague?
Yes. However, we are only able to transfer your accreditation to a colleague until 31 March.

I have purchased an accreditation and I need a more detailed invoice.

Where can I pick up my accreditation if I want to attend the physical screenings in Copenhagen?
This year your accreditation is virtual and will be sent by email before 6 May, when the cinemas are open in Copenhagen.
