Panel discussion on scientists’ own climate anxiety followed by climate therapy
After the film, climate scientists share their experiences of climate anxiety and thoughts about the future. Then researcher Richard Beck will lead a climate therapy exercise for the audience.
After the film, two of the featured climate scientists from the film will talk about how climate change affects them personally as they work with the topic on a daily basis, as well as their reflections on the film’s impact on them. They will also share their own experiences of climate anxiety and thoughts about the future. The audience will then have the opportunity to participate in a therapy exercise, led by therapist Richard Beck, to explore their own feelings and reactions to the climate crisis.
