THROUGH THE PIPELINE – A CASE STUDY OF THEATRE OF VIOLENCE

11:15-12:15, Social Cinema, Kunsthal Charlottenborg

This session showcases how a film travels through the pipeline of festivals. In conversation with the filmmakers of Theatre of Violence (2023), we will follow the film’s path leading up to its world premiere at CPH:DOX, featured in our main competition, the DOX:AWARD. The filmmakers will take us through the making of this film – from early development, to securing financing by pitching the project and having one-to-one meetings with financiers all the way to the world premiere, taking place just two days before this session.
