Norwegian Emilie must confront her mother and her half-siblings with the family’s dark secret in a film about surviving sexual abuse.

As a child, Norwegian Emilie was sexually abused by her stepfather until she reported him to the police as a 12-year-old. He was convicted and imprisoned, and Emilie spent the next five years at various foster families. Now, she is turning 18, and the time has come to return home and confront her mother with the abuse she suffered after many years of silence. But they must also prepare themselves to tell Emilie’s half-siblings why their father is actually in prison. ‘All That I Am’ is a moving and inspiring film about surviving abuse and about finding the courage to shape a life for oneself on the other side.
