It is possible to book tickets via the press department untill March 13th 2019.
The press department can book up to 10 tickets for you for all the regular film screenings at the festival. Book your tickets well in advance, if you will be sure to get seats. If you want to pick up your tickets at the first day of the festival on March 20th, please book your tickets before March 13th.
A Press Accreditation gives you free access to all regular screenings during CPH:DOX 2019. The festival’s press department can assist you with the booking and collecting of tickets, if you book well in advance (though we can order a maximum of 10 tickets for you).
Please remember to include:
- Film title
Send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. You can pick up your tickets along with your accreditation badge at the press desk at Kunsthal Charlottenborg. Tickets ordered before March 13th will be available for pickup at our press desk from March 20th at 10am.
Tickets booked after March 13th
We can still assist you with the booking, if you book your tickets after Wednesday March 13th. However, tickets booked after March 13th won’t be available for pick up before March 21st. Tickets booked between March 13th and 20th won’t be reserved untill the March 20th, and therefore we can’t guarantee available seats.
During the festival we can book tickets for you from day to day, if you book before 3pm for screenings the following day.We are also able to book tickets for screenings further into the festival.
If you have booked tickets through us, please remember to pick them up at our press desk. All tickets will be returned to the cinemas at 3pm on the day the screening takes place.
Please note that ticket sales start March 1 and some screenings sell out fast.
You are also welcome to contact us if you would like recommendations or inspiration for your coverage. For access to special events, parties or concerts, please contact the press department as well.
For screenings that are not sold out, you are able to collect a ticket at the cinema’s own ticket counter before the screening. Please remember to bring your accreditation badge.
Ordering via web/kino.dk
If you wish to book more than 10 tickets, or if it is too late for you to contact us, it is your own responsibility to book and pick up tickets for the screenings you wish to attend. You can book tickets via our website or kino.dk. Note that various cinemas have different pick-up times.
