Meet Rae de Leon and Nancy Schwartzman

Investigative journalism has a reputation for being a male profession - and many newsrooms still employ far more men than women. What are the consequences of this - for journalism and the stories it uncovers? And why is diversity generally crucial - even when it comes to investigative journalism? Meet the American director of VICTIM/SUSPECT, Nancy Schwartzman, and the American investigative journalist, Rae de Leon, whose work the film follows, in a panel together with Maiken Frederiksen, investigative journalist at DR. Hear about the experiences of the three women and what they think needs to be done to bring about change. The debate is organised in cooperation with WIFT Denmark, Women in Film & Television and will be moderated by journalist and TV host Mette Frisk. Inden visningen byder WIFT på et glas vin.
