‘Facing War’: Diplomacy and foreign policy in a critical time

Meet former NATO Chief of Staff and subject of the film Stian Jenssen and the film's director Tommy Gulliksen in a conversation about diplomacy, power balances and the challenges that characterize the global agenda.

With an international legal system under pressure and geopolitical tensions rising, NATO faces one of its greatest challenges in modern times. The war in Ukraine and internal disagreements among the alliance’s 32 member states place enormous demands on diplomacy, leaving us with the question: How do we ensure stability in a world in turmoil?

We seek to answer this in a panel discussion following the screening of the film. Dive into diplomacy, power balances, and global challenges with former NATO Chief of Staff, Stian Jenssen, and director Tommy Gulliksen. Together, they will provide insight into the dynamics shaping the world order and the decisions made behind the scenes when global powers meet.
